  • If you cancel your annual subscription five months before your payment is due, you will still get access for another five months. We do not refund cancelled subscriptions.
• After your subscription has lapsed your access to the template that you download using unlimited plan will be deleted. But does not occur in the license for the project that you have used using the template
• If you want to upgrade from monthly to annually, the remaining days in your monthly subscription will be discounted from your annual subscription – so you don’t get charged twice. The total amount will be in your invoice.
